TRI Austin developed new water based hydraulic fluid formulations and performed testing using SEHS system components. New environmentally friendly high performance water based hydraulic fluids were formulated and optimized. A product specification was prepared, and the best performing water based hydraulic fluids were delivered to NAVSEA for further testing and evaluation.
